Abbreviations:
R= round
mr = magic ring
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in the next stitch)
dec = decrease (join the next 2 stitches into 1)
slst = slip stitch
st = stitch
ch = chain
FO = finish off
BLO = Back loops only
FLO = Front loops only
[ ] = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated
To crochet Blue Monster amigurumi you need:
– Yarn: blue, yellow, pink, purple, white, black
– Crochet hook: 2.5 mm
– Fiberfill for stuffing
– Sewing needle, scissors

Stuff with fiberfill. Cut the yarn, and hide the tail.
Flower head
Yellow Flower
Start with yellow yarn
Attach the yellow yarn to a front loop of Round 2.
Crochet around the front loops of Round 2 and Round 3 as follows:
[2 ch, 1 dc, (1 tr, 2 ch, make 1 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, 1 tr in the same stitch) in the next stitch, 1 dc, 2 ch, 1 slst]
Repeat this sequence 11 times.
Cut the yarn and hide the tail.
Pink Flower
Start with pink yarn
Attach the yellow yarn to a front loop of Round 4.
Crochet around the front loops of Rounds 4, 5, and 6 as follows:
[2 ch, 1 dc, (1 tr, 2 ch, make 1 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, 1 tr in the same stitch) in the next stitch, 1 dc, 2 ch, 1 slst]
Repeat this sequence 13 times.
Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Start with blue yarn

R 2-4: 8 sc (3 rounds) | [8] |
Stuff with some fiberfill. Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Eye
Start with purple yarn
R 1: 5 sc in mr | [5] |
Change to white yarn | |
